ACK Media Law Partner Susan Aslan appeared on The Media Show today to discuss the impact of the judgment granted in the Sir Cliff Richard OBE v BBC privacy proceedings. Sir Cliff Richard was awarded an initial £210,000 in damages from the BBC after Mr Justice Mann ruled that coverage of the police raid on his home in 2014 was a "very serious invasion" of his privacy.
