Partner Susan Aslan is a Partner and founding member of ACK Media Law.  Susan has been a specialist media law partner at firms including DJ Freeman and Olswang. She has practised for twenty years in all areas of media litigation advising broadcasters, production companies, newspapers and publishers.

 

Susan's clients include Channel 4 for whom she has acted on several significant cases including the highly publicised libel claim brought regarding the television show 'The Jacksons are Coming'.  She also regularly acts for Associated Newspapers and has advised the publishing company on several pre and post-publication matters.

 

Susan heads up the media litigation department with Sue Charles, and she is regularly called upon to advise on a wide variety of matters including defamation, privacy and data protection. She also advises companies of reputation management affairs.
